Do faux flowers look realistic?
Yes. We use high-quality faux florals chosen for their natural texture, colour, and movement. Our arrangements are designed to look refined and professional in customer-facing spaces.
How often are arrangements changed?
You can choose a refresh schedule that suits your business:

There is no maintenance required from your team.
Is there a minimum contract?
We recommend a minimum 3-month commitment for refresh services. However, we offer a 2-week trial so you can see how the florals work in your space before committing.
What happens during the 2-week trial?
We install a styled arrangement in your space so you can assess the impact and suitability. At the end of the trial, you can either proceed with a refresh plan or have the arrangement collected.
What if I want to purchase an arrangement instead?
You are welcome to purchase an arrangement outright. Purchase options are available in small, medium, and large sizes. Refresh styling can still be arranged separately if desired.
Do you cover my area?
We provide free delivery across the East Midlands. Locations outside this area are charged at £0.50 per mile (round trip).
Do we need to water or maintain the flowers?
No. Faux florals require no watering or ongoing maintenance. We handle swaps and refreshes as agreed.
Can arrangements be customised to match our brand?
Absolutely. We design arrangements to complement your interior, brand colours, and overall aesthetic.
Are you insured?
Yes. Fake It & Bloom holds appropriate Public Liability Insurance, and documentation can be provided upon request.
Are faux flowers safe for commercial spaces?
Yes. All arrangements are decorative items and should be kept away from open flames or direct heat sources. We ensure safe placement during installation.
How do we get started?
Simply fill out the form on our Contact Us page with your business name, location, preferred arrangement size, and refresh frequency. We can arrange a consultation or a 2-week trial.

Do artificial flowers look fake in real life or photos?
Not at all. We use high-quality, luxury faux flowers that are designed to closely replicate real blooms in colour, texture, and movement. They photograph beautifully and are often indistinguishable from fresh flowers—many guests are surprised to learn they aren’t real.
Will faux flowers look cheap or plastic?
No. Cheap faux flowers do exist, but we don’t use them. Our designs are created using carefully curated, premium stems, professionally arranged to create natural, organic movement—just like fresh florals.
Do artificial flowers photograph well?
Yes—exceptionally well. Faux flowers don’t wilt, bruise, or droop, meaning your florals look perfect from the first photo to the last, even in heat, wind, or rain.

Absolutely. One of the biggest advantages of faux florals is colour consistency. We can design arrangements that perfectly match your palette, including shades that may not be available seasonally in fresh flowers.
