Terms & Conditions
RESERVING YOUR DATE
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable booking fee of 30% of your total invoice is required.
Dates are not held without this payment.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
The remaining balance is split into two stages:
• 40% due 12 weeks prior to your wedding
• Final 30% due 4 weeks prior to your wedding
All payments must be received in full before your wedding date.

LATE PAYMENTS
Late payments may result in a delay or inability to deliver your floral styling as planned.
We reserve the right to release your date if payment terms are not met.

CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING
We understand that plans may evolve.
Minor adjustments can be accommodated up to 6 weeks before your wedding, subject to availability.
Please note that all changes are subject to an administration fee, which will vary depending on the nature and scale of the amendment.
After this time, we are unable to guarantee changes due to preparation and styling commitments.

CANCELLATIONS
Clients have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking.
If cancellation occurs within this period, £100 of the booking fee will be retained.
After the 14-day period, all payments made are non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation, any payments made will be retained to cover time, design, and preparation already undertaken.

HIRE ITEMS
All hired items remain the property of Fake It & Bloom.
These will be collected following your event at a pre-agreed time.
Clients are responsible for ensuring all items are left in a safe and accessible location.

CARE & RESPONSIBILITY
While every effort is made to ensure seamless setup and collection, clients are responsible for any loss or damage to hired items during the hire period.

Every wedding we design is approached with care, intention, and attention to detail.
